Tide PODS® is a 3-in-1 laundry solution that consists of a detergent, stain remover and brightener all at once. Simply pop in one pac for most loads, but use two pacs for large loads and three pacs for extra large loads. Tide PODS® quickly dissolves in any temperature, and can be used in front and top loading washing machines, both standard and high efficiency. Here is a list of some of the most common materials we get asked about that we do not use as ingredients in any of our formulated products (health care, skin and personal cleansing, hair care, laundry, home care, and oral care)

 <li>Benzene</li>
 <li>Bisphenol A (not in formulas*)</li>
 <li>Heavy metals: Arsenic, Lead, Chromium VI, Mercury, Cadmium, Nickel</li>
 <li>Microbeads</li>
 <li>Organotins (TBT, DBT, MBT, DOT)</li>
 <li>PVC (not in formulas*)</li>
 <li>PAHs (Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)</li>
 <li>PCBs (Polychlorinated biphenyls)</li>
 <li>Phthalates**</li>
 <li>Triclosan</li>
 <li>Triclocarban**</li>
</ul> 

We have strict product safety limits in place when any of these materials could be found in tiny amounts due to their natural (or background) presence in water, the environment, or as part of the manufacturing process. 
* We do not use BPA or PVC in any of our product formulas. Our use of PVC and BPA is restricted to very small amounts in some product packaging like pressurized aerosol cans or electrical devices where their unique performance is essential for product safety. We will consider new material options as soon as they do arise. 
** We do not use these ingredients in new products and are exiting them.

Love them! Especially because showing my teenagers doing their own laundry and they don't waste my detergent.

Amazing!!

this is not a good review at all. we started to use the pods and we though they were great untill i had to take the washer a part because it would not drain the water out! I found those little plastic balls that was the skin of pods inside all of my hoses of my washer that plugged up all of my hoses & pump! Burned my pump up and have too buy a new pump and clean my hoses out again because they are still coming out a little at a time! Some are coming out hidden in the washer drum some were!
