Here is a list of some of the most common materials we get asked about that we do not use as ingredients in any of our formulated products (health care, skin and personal cleansing, hair care, laundry, home care, and oral care)

 <li>PVC (not in formulas*)</li>
 <li>PAHs (Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)</li>
 <li>PCBs (Polychlorinated biphenyls)</li>
 <li>Phthalates**</li>
 <li>Triclosan</li>
 <li>Triclocarban**</li>
</ul> 

We have strict product safety limits in place when any of these materials could be found in tiny amounts due to their natural (or background) presence in water, the environment, or as part of the manufacturing process. 
* We do not use BPA or PVC in any of our product formulas. Our use of PVC and BPA is restricted to very small amounts in some product packaging like pressurized aerosol cans or electrical devices where their unique performance is essential for product safety. We will consider new material options as soon as they do arise. 
** We do not use these ingredients in new products and are exiting them.

So soft

As a teacher in Puffs Ultra soft are the only tissue paper we use. The are durable and absorbent. 
They last a long time also even having 20+ students. 
These are scent free but I do personally buy the ones with scent.

Durable tissue

Love this for a nice soft feel. One of the better quality non. Scratchy or irritating tissue brands. Has good strength and doesn’t tear easily. Good packaging 💜

Because of the value and quality, I prefer this product and will only purchase this.  However, I am disappointed in the choice of box colors.  Certainly wish they were something other than southwest-theme colors.   Yikes.  Please consider a new design or color scheme.

This is all I buy.

Sadly I am sick right now. Puffs has the best, softest tissues that are super gentle for mine and my babies nose. I don’t notice a scent with these ones but my nose is dead right now and I can’t smell anything.. I should have gotten the one with Vic’s… but I am happy with these, the packaging is easy to rip off the top and there is plastic that covers the tissues to keep them nice and clean until you take one out. I did have issues getting the first couple ones out without ripping them a little but I am also sick and everything is going wrong haha!! I really love how soft these are so my nose doesn’t get all red and extra irritated.

This is the only tissue I will purchase! They are soft, durable and absorbent! I have a box in several rooms of my house. We are an allergy household so good tissues are a must!

The only tissue I buy

Overall one of the softest tissues I've ever used. Everyone in the office loves these! They hold up sturdy for all nose needs! The pop up technology after you pull one is amazing and don't leave you digging in the box for more.

So soft!

I officially hate using anything other than puffs for Kleenex now. Toilet paper feels so harsh but these never make me feel like I’m rubbing my nose raw.

Feels soft on my nose, the lotion allows for less redness, and the tissues stand well against the contents of my nose. Perfect for my family and therefore #5stars

Soft and durable on the nose

I love these. My favorite part of all is probably all of the designs they come in. They are so cute and colorful! I love how soft they are, and they never rip like other brands do. I also like how they aren’t so powdery. Some are super powdery and have a lot of stuff coming off of them.
