Here is a list of some of the most common materials we get asked about that we do not use as ingredients in any of our formulated products (health care, skin and personal cleansing, hair care, laundry, home care, and oral care)

 <li>Bisphenol A (not in formulas*)</li>
 <li>Heavy metals: Arsenic, Lead, Chromium VI, Mercury, Cadmium, Nickel</li>
 <li>Microbeads</li>
 <li>Organotins (TBT, DBT, MBT, DOT)</li>
 <li>PVC (not in formulas*)</li>
 <li>PAHs (Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)</li>
 <li>PCBs (Polychlorinated biphenyls)</li>
 <li>Phthalates**</li>
 <li>Triclosan</li>
 <li>Triclocarban**</li>
</ul> 

We have strict product safety limits in place when any of these materials could be found in tiny amounts due to their natural (or background) presence in water, the environment, or as part of the manufacturing process. 
* We do not use BPA or PVC in any of our product formulas. Our use of PVC and BPA is restricted to very small amounts in some product packaging like pressurized aerosol cans or electrical devices where their unique performance is essential for product safety. We will consider new material options as soon as they do arise. 
** We do not use these ingredients in new products and are exiting them.

Everyday Facial Tissue

Have you discontinued selling the 3-pack of 180 2-ply facial tissues, Puffs Simple Softness?   I am having a problem finding this item in my local stores for the past several months.  I prefer to use the 180 count box.

This is a wonderful product!

Really like the Puffs tissue but I LOVED the soft plastic container they used to come in and now only the cardboard box is available....why????  :'(

Missing the Soft Plastic container

These are the best tissues and my favorite. However I have a hard time finding them in the stores! There are always lots of "lotion" options which I can't use because of allergies. Please ask stores to stock more Simple Softness tissues!!!!

Please ask stores to stock more Simple Softness tissues!!!!  (Since the lotion options are always left on the shelf someone should get a clue and order less of those!)

The Best!!!

These are the best facial tissues. But they’re so hard to find. They don’t leave a bunch of fibers/particles in the air. They’re strong and soft.

Better Than Kleenex!

What is the answer presented below?  Why are you not selling these puffs?  Where can we find them?

It seems every other tissues causes me a coughing fit after using them...not Puffs Everyday. They're soft and strong, but don't release lots of particles or feel oily. Even other brands cause issues. Only Puffs Everyday can be used without any issues. Now it's so hard to find these perfect tissues. I'm writing a review in hopes of changing that.

Hard to find: Best for sensitive noses

I'm so baffled at the current rating; I feel compelled now to do a review. These r soft but still strong, so u don't have to waste a 2nd tissue, they do have a slight texture, that doesn't compromise its softness. These r my go-to on my vanity, excellent for a quick wiping of a makeup brush/tool

Soft but still Strong!

I'm having a lot of trouble finding Puffs Simple Softness tissues in the 180-count 3-box multipack. There's Ultra Soft everywhere, and Puffs With Lotion, but it's hard to find my favorite type. Are you still making it? Hope so, thanks!

Where are you, Puffs Simple Softness?

Pop-up tissues seem to tear as you pull them out. Puffs' design makes them easy to reach and they are sturdy enough for the worst runny nose! They're the only brand I buy.
