1.Dust Mopping

Dust mopping is recommended before wet cleaning to remove debris and large particles of soil, sand, and grit.

2

2.Damp mopping / Auto-scrubbing

Floors should be mopped daily or more often depending on soil levels. To damp mop, start with a clean mop head and fresh solution. Clean least-soiled areas first. Auto-scrubbing is more efficient than damp mopping and can save you time and money.

3.Low Speed Buffing / High Speed Burnishing

Repair surface imperfections that cannot be repaired by daily maintenance procedures by Spray Buffing. High Speed Burnishing may also be done to repair surface imperfections that cannot be repaired by daily maintenance.

4

4.Scrub & Recoat

Scrub & Recoat monthly or as needed when preventative maintenance (burnish, spray buff, restore) does not leave floor to desired appearance (slight traffic lane wear, scratches, soiling, etc.).

5

5.Strip

Floors should be stripped when they show heavy traffic lane wear, heavy soiling, heavy build-up along edges, yellowing, and deep scratches or finish damage.

6.Refinish

Apply floor finish following deep scrub & recoat or stripping operations. View our Finish Selector Tool to find the right finish for your floor.
